Our credit portfolio focuses on individually structured primary transactions within the DACH region. The fund pursues a long-term, conservative investment strategy with a risk profile comparable to traditional acquisition financing from German banks (Credit ratings of BB or higher).

Prior to founding Gerhold Beteiligungs GmbH in 2013, Partner and Managing Partner of Odewald KMU Beteiligungsgesellschaft.

Co-founder of a financial institution for mid-market enterprises from 2001 to 2007.

Previously Executive Assistant to the Board and Director in Investment Banking at Dresdner Bank, followed by positions at J.P. Morgan in Frankfurt and London.

Degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) and completed a banking apprenticeship at Deutsche Bank.
Matthias Eisfeld

Prior to joining AkquiVest, Head of Corporate Banking at ODDO BHF Bank, responsible for all business activities relating to corporate clients and private equity.
